Recruitment Consultant with Business Development skills.

In order to manage the continued regional growth we require the following high caliber individual for our Indonesia/S E Asia business, to be based in Jakarta.
A Recruitment Consultant with Business Development skills is required to take responsibility for the recruitment process of national and expatriate candidates, from generating business to successfully delivering results by placing candidates with our portfolio of clients.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience working for recruitment companies within the technical recruitment department, preferably oil and gas, technical engineering or similar disciplines with a proven track record of recruiting technical candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, communicating, and developing new business opportunities, both direct and indirect and adding value to our existing client base,
- Receiving, logging and advertising of new enquiries from clients, using both company s channels and external advertising media,
- Maintaining excellent relationships with our existing clients,
- Maintaining up to date records of recruitment and business development activity and commercial proposals for existing and prospective clients,
- Reviewing operational performance and reporting to Country Manager,
- Communicating with head office and providing data, contracts and internal management for rfi s, rate reviews, tender proposals, etc.,
- Searching, screening and identifying candidates through existing contacts/advertising roles/headhunting as well as communicating with clients accordingly,
- Preparing commercial proposals and contractual documents for both clients and candidates,
- Liaising and co-ordinating between clients and candidates regarding any required supporting administration work necessary to complete the recruitment process,
- Conducting post placement reviews and procedures,
- Managing administering and continuing the development of the company s database for both candidates and clients,
- Conducting periodic business and review meetings with clients,
- Reviewing operational performance and reporting to management,
- Note that the successful candidate will be required to work to KPI s and will report directly to the Country Manager.

- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,

- Successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering results with a history of successfully placing candidates within the oil and gas or engineering sector.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in any field,
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience,
- Computer literate.
