  • A minimum TOEFL score in English of not less than 500 (Certified), fair in active and passive.
  • Understand and able to implement of International Standard related to Architectural in project’s design.
  • Technical proficiency in Engineering Design and analyses techniques.
  • Computer literacy in the use of MS Word and Excel.

  • Able to provide sketch for general concept and detail design

Requirements:

  • S1 Degree in Mechanical Piping Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years working experience in Engineering related projects, prefer candidates who have experience in Engineering Department (prepare calculation, sketch and detail drawings, material specification, cost estimation).
  • Fluent in English both writing and speaking.
  • Expert in reviewing engineering calculations, drawings, Material Take Off (MTO) and Cost Estimates.
  • Able to operate the software of AutoCAD, Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).

This involves supply/installation of nineteen process, wellhead and flare platforms and accommodation platforms and inter-connecting infrastructure in three different locations. Also included are 200-250 kms of in-field subsea pipelines and some 40 km of power cables.

The platforms will have oil/water separation, produced water treatment, oil export facilities, water injection pumps and gas gathering and compression units. Planned 210,000 bpd production increase. 10 new process, wellhead and flare platforms, six accommodation platforms and 200-250 kms pipelines.

Duration: 2 months.

Qualification :

  1. National personnel
  2. At least 5 years applicable experiences in planning and scheduling of maintenance activity for offshore/onshore oil and gas production facilities or petrochemicals, or refinery, or LNG plant, or power plant.
  3. Must have a working knowledge of applicable industrial practices and must have been the principle engineer responsible for the control of similar activities
  4. Must be experienced in the use of computer programs (incl. MS Project and Primavera) applicable to the control of resources and activity durations on each specific work
  5. Must also posses very good in estimating skills, having performed in an estimating role on similar job
  6. At least a D-3 or Bachelor of Science degree in engineering related to field or construction management degree
  7. Must have a good planning and organizational abilities
  8. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  9. Good English both in oral and written
  10. High analytical skill
  11. Be able to work independently and as a team as well

Role & Responsibility :
  1. To collect, review and discuss work order inputs, resource requirements etc. With concerned departments to prepare and monitor work program for repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance, plant shutdowns and turnarounds for specific jobs on specific equipment under contract. Plan the required resources and infrastructure to ensure timely availability
  2. Determines the detailed resource requirements for the assigned work as such: manpower, skills, estimated man hours, material, spares and special support devices such as cranes, scaffolding, forklifts etc., and prior to executing the job
  3. Plan and organized the assigned work in advance to minimize inefficiencies and wasted technician time during work execution; i.e. , parts, resources, tools, equipment, permits
  4. Uses the computer system to maximum advantage by generating schedules, regular reports and analyses.
  5. Shedule and allocate resources for the assigned work to optimize utilization and minimize overtime
