Main Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for coordinating and supervising field job activities.
  2. Monitors and optimize Chemical consumption required on field.
  3. Provides some technical guidance and work direction to field staff (Trouble Shooting).
  4. Responsible to make engineering evaluation.

Competencies Requires:
  1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Chemist.
  2. Experience from Oil & Gas Industry will be an advantage.
  3. Good knowledge of process chemistry, including chemical treatment.
  4. Discipline, hard worker, responsible, independent and cooperative.
  5. Willing to travelling.
  6. Willing to work at remote area ( Off Shore / On Shore ).
  7. Fluent in English both written and oral.

TREASURY ANALYST (Cash Management)

Qatargas Cash Management Section provides cash management services to the various joint venture companies operated by Qatargas. The main activities of the treasury analyst will be as follows:


  1. Reconcile forecasts to actual bank activity and investigate variances internally as well as externally with banks.
  2. Prepare fund transfers to ensure all company accounts are adequately funded to meet scheduled payments.
  3. Assess surplus cash available for investments and distribution to shareholders.
  4. Place funds on short term investments with approved counterparties.
  5. Handle opening/closing bank accounts and general bank account administration as per company P&P as well as establishing investment relationship accounts with various counterparties.
  6. Participate in treasury system design set up for new companies when required.
  7. update of cash management P&Ps as well as develop new ones if necessary.
  8. Able to read and comprehend legal documents such as Joint venture and Accounts Agreements that govern the operation of the companies assigned.
  9. Assist with managing short term liquidity requirement through external funding if needed.
  10. Supervise and assist in training and developing new/existing staff.
  11. Regular communication with banks for funding, investigations, investments etc.

"Technical Assistant"

  1. Prepares variety of special drafting work that require high degree of accuracy, neatness, and appealing Quality to be used for management meeting and conferences.
  2. Responsible for algebraic, mathematical calculations for drafting and other measurable drafting assignment or any other similar duties for accuracy and reliability.
  3. Schedules, controls, review and sitting up priority of all drafting duties in Exploration Department, using a proper Judgement to comply with exploration program and entire company operations.
  4. (deal candidate should have the following experience gained from working within a major Indonesian operating company:
  5. Be proficient in the use of computer aided drafting programs such as Corel Draw, Map Info, GIS or Auto CAD in order to provide technical drafting support to exploration and drilling departments.
  6. Competent in using all relevant computer programs to input/retrieval and update a G&G data base.
  7. Organizing and managing a G&G data base which will allow multi disciplined users to access and retrieve data with ease.


Qualifications:

  1. 1Minimal D-III education with minimum 8 years experience in drafting and data files management. A person bearing artistic, intelligent background will be advantageous.
  2. 6 - 8 years experience in the oil and gas Industry.
  3. Oral Fluency and good written English. Mastering of drafting computer software.
  4. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple ongoing projects, with advice from leadership.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to challenge others in a constructive manner and negotiate with internal peers, partners and 3rd parties to influence decisions or ways of working.
  6. Must be a self starter with good decision-taking skills with ability to plan and organize workload effectively and a proven ability to work under pressure without sacrificing quality.
  7. Good team player with a proactive and flexible attitude, and able to work in a multi-cultural environment.

  1. He or she has a minimum of DIII Engineering degree in the specified and required discipline and minimum of 8 years experience in the QA/QC Inspection and certification works in the onshore and offshore oil and gas project and operation.
  2. He or she has a minimum of S1 Engineering degree in the specific and required discipline and minimum of 5 years experience in the QA/QC inspection and certification works in onshore and offshore oil and gas project and operation.
  3. Good written and spoken English languages communication skill

  6. Good knowledge of safe work practices.
