General Summary:

• Minimum 5 years working experience in similar position and having work experience on Offshore Rig,
• Computer and English literate,
• Holding valid Well Control (IWCF) and related Migas Certification (APB, JB, OMB or OLB certificates) for Tool Pusher, Driller, Assistant Driller & Derrickman,
• Holding Barge Master / OIM license for Barge Master,
• Holding valid HLO certificate for Rig Safety Officer,
• Holding valid BOSIET or HUET & Sea Survival certificate for all positions.

Business Development Manager

Job Requirements:

• Implement long, medium and short-range plans within the company’s business objectives.
• Develop strategic relationships with clients and potential clients and third parties in line with the company’s business framework.
• Liaise with senior management and business stream heads to promote and develop opportunities and prospects.
• Develop win strategies and win plans.
• Manage the activities of bid teams during proposal preparation and submission.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained both during the tender stage and after contract award, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage the activities of the Business Development team, and interface with the regional Business Development Manager.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher in an appropriate field of study from a reputable university
• Minimum 15 years total experience, of which not less than five years should be in the Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical sector
• Minimum 7 years management experience
• Must have experience in EPC contracts within the Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical sectors (offshore and onshore)
• Excellent written and spoken English and Indonesian
• Must have high networking skills
• Must have good management skills
