Job Title : Offshore installation and Hook-up Engineer/ Superintendent

Report t: Resident Offshore Installation Manager

Overseeing the contractor installation engineering, preparation activities and execution for jacket installation, topside deck float-over and hook-up.

Roles and Activities:

• Responsible tOffshore Installation Manager for supervising the contractor scope for jacket installation, topside float-over, flare and bridge installation
• Monitoring contractor preparation activities
• Ensuring contractor submits the required procedures and documentation, carrying out review and comment tensure compliance with project requirements, specifications and guidelines
• Coordination between installation, construction, hook-up and commissioning
• Assistance with marine spread suitability inspections
• Organisation and participation in progress meetings with contractor in Ulsan and other site locations as required
• Oversee contractor's hook-up materials management and verification systems
• Participate in resource planning for hook-up including contractor provision of accommodation vessel
• Supervise installation work on installation vessels

Hook-up responsibilities include

• Preparation of hook-up campaign
• Definition and recruitment of company hook-up supervision team
• Review and comment of all contractor hook-up procedures and drawings.
• Preparation & coordination of hook-up activities together with the construction & commissioning teams & Interface Coordinator.
• Ensure all WPS, NDT, coating, pre-commissioning preparation activities & qualifications are completed in good time prior tmobilization.
• Management of related authority issues such as radiography permits, HSE permits, use of chemicals
• Management and coordination of contractor activities with respect tlogistics, materials supply (gases, bulks, consumables etc) and personnel logistics during hook-up
• Ensures the implementation of project specifications and requirements.
• Ensure implementation of project OPERCOM and ICAPs requirements
• Verify the suitability of contractor's suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensures efficient contractor planning of the work including preparation of job cards.
• Assistance with preparation of COMOPS/ SIMOPs dossiers & bridging documents as required.

Liaises with: HSE team, Construction Manager, Commissioning Manager, Interface Coordinator

Work location: Based in Ulsan with business trips tother location in Asia. Offshore work during installation phases.

SSHE responsibilities:

• Promote safety good practice within his team and Contractors team.
• Ensure that HSE procedures are properly implemented.
• Make HSE suggestions, report incidents, near misses, anomalies, unsafe acts or conditions observed tSSHE, during onshore and offshore operations.
• Stop work and proactively intervene when witness unsafe activities, conditions.

Professional Knowledge & Experience:

• Versatile engineer/ superintendent with jacket and float over experience
• Topside Hook-up experience
• Professional Experience: Min 15yrs
• Experience within project: Min 10yrs
• Valid BOSIET & HUET certificate
