• Preparing professional proposals to be submitted to clients in response to Requests for Proposals
• Ability to estimate and evaluate subcontractor quotes, and work closely with other discipline field in compiling a complete project estimate.

Requirements
Education & Certification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related Engineering field (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation)

Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• Knowledge of principles and processes.

Experience:

• Minimum 4-7 Years of overall working experience.

PROJECT ENGINEER

Requirement :

• Experience minimum 10 years of working in oil and gas industry, hands on the project and knows the workflow of the project starts from the beginning until commissioning.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Employment Status : Direct Contract
Requirement :

• Experience 5-10 years of working in oil and gas industry
• Hands on experience in project and familiar with pre-commissioning and commissioning process for projects

PIPING ENGINEER - COMMISSIONING
Location : Jakarta

Requirement :

• Experience 10 years of working in oil and gas industry
• Hands on experience in project and familiar with pre-commissioning and commissioning process for projects

HR MANAGER
Location : Jakarta
Employment Status : Direct contract /Permanent (depends on interview result)
Requirement :

• At least 5 years of professional experience in HR
• Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Law (preferable) , Human Resource Management, and Psychology
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written
• Sufficient and good understanding about employee tax regulation and calculation (PPh 21) ·

Responsibilities:

A dynamic and rapidly expanding Exploration and Production Company; Senior Geologist

SENIOR GEOLOGIST

A dynamic and rapidly expanding Exploration and Production Company looking to recruit an experience senior staff Geologist.

The candidate should have the following oil and gas industry:

1. Comprehensive knowledge of the entire exploration cycle.
2. Interpretating and correlating of well logs and other regional geological data using commercially available software.
3. Basin modeling and sequence stratigraphy.
4. Integrating all geological data for regional play analysis, prospect evaluation, and appraisal and development activities.
5. Working in different geological settings including clastics, carbonates, passive margin, and thrust belts terrains.
6. Prospect volume and risking methodologies and reservoir modeling.
7. Working knowledge of other subsurface disciplines including seismic techniques and reservoir engineering.
8. Working with a drilling team to ensure correct inputs for well planning and execution purposes.
9. Performing special projects and studies requiring advanced geological knowledge and skill to recommend to management better and more cost efficient methods for finding commercial quantities of hydrocarbons and mitigating risk.
10. Internal and external WP&B preparation for government agencies and joint venture partners.
11. Dealing with related external government agencies such as BP Migas and Migas and joint venture partners when presenting technical justifications for work programs and budgets.
12. Mentoring subordinates.

Qualifications:

1. Degree BSc / MSc in Geosciences.
2. Minimum 15 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
3. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple ongoing projects, with advice from management.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to challenge others in a constructive manner and negotiate with internal peers, partners and 3rd parties to influence decisions or ways of working.
5. Deliver detailed prospect analysis reports in English.
6. On-the-job experience of integrated prospect evaluation and resource assessment with modern technology, maturing prospects and make decision for optimally drilling them cost effectively.
7. Must be a self starter with good decision-taking skills with ability to plan and organize workload effectively and a proven ability to work under pressure without sacrificing quality.
8. Good team player with a proactive and flexible attitude, and able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
9. This is a local senior staff role open to applicants of Indonesian nationality only.
