PROCESS SAFETY ENGINEER

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess minimum Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized, fully accredited university in Indonesia.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Offshore / Onshore Oil and Gas Engineering / Operation, Design and Commissioning Support.
  • Shall have good written and spoken English language communication skills.
  • Should possess hands on experience in handling Process Engineering softwares like PIPENET, FLARESIM etc.
  • Should be able to perform fire water hydraulic calculations and develop process safety drawings like hazardous area classification with precise knowledge.
  • Should have analytical knowledge and report writing capabilities.
  • Should be familiar with international codes and standards applicable for Process Safety Engineering (NFPA, SOLAS, API, IP etc) in Oil and Gas industry.
  • Should have enough supervisory skill to manage a team of drafters.
  • Should be able to co-ordinate within the discipline and other disciplines.
  • Should be a fast learner and a team worker.

SUB CONTRACT ENGINEER

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess minimum Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or Equivalent Engineering disciplines.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Contract management/construction experience in oil and gas business, either onshore construction or offshore structure fabrication.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office application.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Requirements:

  • Should have at least 2 years relevant working experience in an engineering organization of oil and gas industry. Candidate with more than 7 years relevant working experience can be considered as a Senior Mechanical Engineer.
  • Should be a graduate in Mechanical Engineering Degree from a recognized university with a good score of GPA.
  • Should possess good English and able to communicate clearly and efficiently with other parties including other discipline engineers, vendors, client representatives, etc.
  • Team spirit, team play and attitude to learn are essential.
  • Should have knowledge in computer literate, i.e. able to work on Ms Office or equivalent, also familiar with mechanical design software such as Codecalc (PVELITE is preferable).
  • Should be familiar with International Codes such as ASME/ANSI/ASTM/DIN/BS/API etc.
  • Able to design pressure vessels, tanks, columns.
  • Able to review vendor documents, data and drawings.
  • Able to prepare specifications, data sheets and requisitions for static and rotating equipment.
  • Able to prepare technical clarifications, technical bid evaluations and recommendations.
  • Hold Indonesia citizenships and ready to be placed in Jakarta.

Electrical Engineer
BSc. in Electrical Engineering and has Chartered Engineer or equivalent certification. Field Production Supervisor
BSc. in an engineering discipline preferably in Chemical Engineering / Petroleum Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 10 years experience in hydrocarbon processing experience including at Least 4 years in a supervisory position. Has experience in production operations with hydrocarbons, Powered Water injection, Gas Lift and Wellhead Maintenance requirements. Able to review daily production reports, coordinate field activities and processes and regulate production. Has the experience in coordinating plan for shutdown, chairing shutdown meetings, reviewing requirements for well/process tests for work schedule. Monitor tests and sample data to assess the quality of product. Participate in the development & feasibility testing of new equipment.

General Lab Technician
Completed secondary education followed by 2 years full time training in laboratory trades to ONC level or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in chemistry lab or any other related discipline. Has the experience in collection, preparation and performing routine and non-routine Lab analyses. Must be able to organize and supervise lab activities and equipment functionalities. Attended relevant courses in safety and plant operations.

Technician/General Technician (Mechanical)
Completed secondary education followed by 2 years full time training in Mechanical trade to OND level or equivalent. Minimum 9 years of experience in maintenance of turbines, compressors, pumps and associated equipment, with emphasis on the maintenance of heavy plant and equipment in the oil and gas industry.

Technician (Electrical)
Completed secondary education followed by 2 years full time training in electrical trades to ONC level or equivalent. Minimum 6 years experience in electrical mainframes and repair work in oil and gas industry. Able to diagnose and remedy faults and carry out preventive maintenance on variety electrical equipment such as generators, HI & LT switchgears, motors and motor control centres, transformers, UPS, batteries and chargers, lighting circuits, variable speed drives, heat treatment devices, PLC system, switching up to and including 415V.

Technician (Instrument)
Completed secondary education, followed by a minimum of 2 years full time training in instrument maintenance, electronic and microprocessor equipment to ONC level or equivalent. Minimum 4 years experience in maintenance and repair of wide range of instrumentation, electronic, pneumatic, gas turbine and gas compression control and protection systems, logic microprocessor based control equipment. Have good knowledge of safety practices relating to Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industry.

Field / General Operator

"Gas Marketing Coordinator"

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Being an integral part of the Gas Marketing Team, the Gas Marketing Coordinator will coordinate the implementation of monetizing COPI s un-contracted gas, starting from assessment of markets and potential gas buyers up to execution of the Gas Sales Agreements. The Gas Marketing Coordinator will be a single point of contact for coordination for all relevant functional groups that are required to close the gas sales agreements so as to ensure they are in compliance with Corporate and Government Regulations.


The Gas Marketing Coordinator will:

  1. Conduct market study and strategy work
  2. Identify and screen high and doable value markets and creditworthiness buyers.
  3. Liaise with BPMIGAS Functional groups to obtain support and approval in targeting such markets and potential buyers.
  4. Prepare term sheets and conduct commercial negotiation with the prospective and screened buyers.
  5. Secure COPI Internal and Partners approvals in every stage of the negotiation process.
  6. Coordinate and facilitate the participation of relevant function groups in ConocoPhillips Indonesia and International as well as Government to ensure that all terms negotiated comply with COPI s Corporate and Government guidelines.
  7. Secure the necessary approvals from Corporate, Partners and Government agencies for signing the final form of the Gas Sales Agreement
