HR MANAGER

Our Client, an oil & gas company under PSC term with BPMIGAS is looking for candidates to fulfill the following position;




HR MANAGER

Principle Accountabilities:

Plan and direct the overall Human Resources Management (HR Strategy, Planning, Recruitment, Learning, Development, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations and HR Services) activities so as to support the Operations objective by constant supply of competent, capable and motivated workforce to contribute towards optimum business profitability and to ensure that company established policies, business objectives and government statutory requirements are fully met.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or Law with Human Resource experiences (min 15 years).
  2. Less than 50 Years old
  3. Excellent human relation skill and tough leadership
  4. Excellent communicator - both in Indonesian and English; effective at presenting conclusions and proposals
