ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (OD)

Requirements:

1. Eight years of work experience in a management capacity

2. Minimum five years of direct experience in the areas of Talent Management, Change Management and Organizational Development

3. Have good knowledge and skill in Computer applications

4. Able to work independently and take initiative as well as being a good team player

5. Good written and verbal skills

6. Facilitate groups in areas such as conflict resolution, process improvement, problem solving and strategic planning

Responsibilities:

1. To design, develop, implement, support and perform activities related to the identification and management of Talents. Focus is on, though not limited to Succession planning, Performance Management and Leadership Development for the organization.

2. Coordinate the in-house mentoring program while making continuous improvement in the program design and effectiveness.

3. Support and manage Performance Management activities.

4. Develop competencies checklist for various roles in the organization

5. Initiate, identify, develop, coordinate and manage Leadership Development Programs for Key Talents
