HR Analyst (CODE : HR)

Main job & responsibility: Under the general direction of the supervisor, performs function of reviewing and developing HR Policies and Procedures, assisting in Compensation & Benefits Analysis, as well as Formalities administration.


Requirement :
  • Male/Female
  • S1 Psychology, Economic, Business Administration, Engineering
  • Min. 3-5 years experience in HR/C&B, preferably in O&G Industry.

DRILLING SUPERINTENDENT (Land Rigs)

Manage the day to day land drilling rigs operations and coordination with all key stakeholders in order to maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness of the well drilling and completion operations with full compliance to the country Laws and Regulations and the HSE Management System of the Company and the Client s operating requirements.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage drilling rigs to enable safe, cost effective and efficient drilling and completion operations,
  • Liaise with company client s management team on daily basis to provide full support to improve well delivery processes and well productivity,
  • Ensure all field operations are in compliance with regulator and company policies,
  • Coordinate and liaise with service providers to assure continuity, effectiveness and efficiency of the operations,
  • Track, review and approve all expenditures within own scope of work,
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, minimize cost and rigs downtime, maximize performance, monitor and report profits and losses.

Candidate Requirements:
  • At least 10 (ten) years experience in drilling with 3 (three) years in similar job,
  • Competent technically with hands on experience and full understanding of rig equipment functions, capabilities and limitations and commissioning of new rigs,
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting problems on the rigs, mechanical and electrical failures, and down hole problems,
  • Strong HSE background with safety leadership skills, coaching and mentoring skills, incident investigation skills, knowledge of the most common HSE tools and skills,
  • Ability to engage with people and work in multinational culture, lead by example and respect,
  • String in creating, enabling and managing relationships with the clients with full respect and trust to gain their continuous trust and credibility,
  • Strong presentation and computer skills.

The Canadian Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking to fill a Trade Commissioner position on a 1-year term basis, with the possibility of extension at the end of the term. Under the supervision of the Senior Trade Commissioner of the Embassy s Trade Commissioner Service, the incumbent will assist and advise Canadian firms in pursuit of commercial opportunities in Indonesia in the Oil & Gas and Mining sectors or the Information and Communications Technologies sector.

Starting Annual Salary: IDR 251,517,483

Summary of Duties:

  • Provide high-quality and consistent client service in support of Canadian private and public sector objectives in the Indonesian market by responding to enquiries from Canadian stakeholders, and offering market information and advice as required.
  • Plan and implement promotional activities on behalf of Canadian firms.
  • Develop contacts in government and private-sector to facilitate achievement of Canadian trade objectives.

Essential qualifications:

  • Knowledge and/or experience in business development and/or international trade promotion in Indonesia.
  • Undergraduate degree from a recognized university with specialization in a relevant field of study.
  • Business-level fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Asset qualifications:

  • Knowledge of and/or experience in Indonesia in either:
  • - the Oil & Gas and/or Mining sector, or,
  • - the Information and Communications Technologies sector.
  • Graduate degree from a recognized university with specialization in a relevant field of study.
  • Experience working with Indonesian government officials.
  • French language skills.
