Business Development Manager
Job Requirements:
- Implement long, medium and short-range plans within the company’s business objectives.
- Develop strategic relationships with clients and potential clients and third parties in line with the company’s business framework.
- Liaise with senior management and business stream heads to promote and develop opportunities and prospects.
- Develop win strategies and win plans.
- Manage the activities of bid teams during proposal preparation and submission.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained both during the tender stage and after contract award, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the activities of the Business Development team, and interface with the regional Business Development Manager.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher in an appropriate field of study from a reputable university
- Minimum 15 years total experience, of which not less than five years should be in the Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical sector
- Minimum 7 years management experience
- Must have experience in EPC contracts within the Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical sectors (offshore and onshore)
- Excellent written and spoken English and Indonesian
- Must have high networking skills
- Must have good management skills
