AN OPERATOR OF OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY

OUR CLIENT, AN OPERATOR OF OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY, IS URGENTLY LOOKING FOR :







SECRETARY / HR ASSISTANT


Responsibilities:

  1. Manage expatriate documents (formalities) with BPMIGAS, MIGAS, Minister of Manpower, and Immigration Department
  2. Attend BPMIGAS, MIGAS, Manpower and other Government Agency meetings and keep track of policy/regulation changes, and manpower regulations
  3. Prepare documentation and reports required by BPMIGAS, MIGAS and other government agencies
  4. Arrange and prepare meetings with BPMIGAS, MIGAS, Minister of Manpower, etc.
  5. Process personnel changes (registration of new hires, deletions of resignations etc.)
  6. Administration employee vacation days
  7. Administer employee access cards and identification badges
  8. Other Secretarial duties, as required

Qualifications:
  1. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1)
  2. Minimum of 10 years’ working experience
  3. Good knowledge of BPMIGAS, MIGAS and Manpower regulations relating to HR issues and Expatriates working permits
  4. Strong computer skills i.e. Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
  5. Good verbal and written English and Indonesian
  6. Strong interpersonal skills, good team skills
  7. Strong organizational skills

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the Project Engineer including, diary management, travel arrangements, document management and maintenance of confidential files.
  2. Preparing, formatting and revision of general correspondence, technical reports, professional presentations, and meeting notes. Work to be accurate and required under tight deadlines to meet Joint Venture commitments.
  3. Handling of general enquiries and maintenance of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including timely logging into corporate filing system, routing and filing of correspondence.
  4. Occasional contact with Joint Venture Partners - requires minimum understanding of the JOA/JPA to proactively assist, but still maintain confidentiality. Schedule and organize logistics for Downstream Project Meetings and Workshops

Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 10 years’ working experience
  2. Strong computer skills i.e. Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
  3. Good verbal and written English and Indonesian
  4. Strong interpersonal skills, good team skills
